1. In order to start placing bids on Live Auctions, you need to deposit 30% of the bidding amount to our company's account. This deposit can be used as a partial payment for your purchase OR can be kept as a deposit if you wish to continue placing bids with us. This deposit is fully refundable if no purchase is made.
2. In case of successful bidding full payment should be made within 3 (three) working days after the auction date AND/OR after we send Proforma Invoice to you. In case of late payment, you can be a subject to penalties charged by the Auctions.
3. We will start shipment procedure immediately after we receive your payment in full. Cars will be shipped by the first available vessel but subject to space availability.
4. Soon after vessel leaves Japan the following Original documents will be sent to you by DHL, EMS or FedEx:
*Export Certificate
*Bill of Lading
*Final Invoice
*Insurance Certificate (will be made only upon client's request and at client's cost)
